Galmudug is a semi autonomous State located in central Somalia. To the north is Puntland, to the west is Ethiopia, to the south is the rest of Somalia and to the east is the Indian Ocean.
Galmudug state education system needs the following.
1. Books
2. Pens
3. Tables
4. Chairs
5. Computers
From 2006-present , State of galmudug, Diasporas, and NGO's build 10% of the schools needed.

3. Southern galkacyo institute of health and sciences.
4. GLK School of Wisil
5. Docol School
6. Galinsor school
7. Xingod school
8. Bitaale school
9. Bandiradley school
10. Hobyo school
11. Gawaan school will be functional one soon.
12. El-gula school
13. AF-barwaaqo school is in planning stage.
