And I am not trying to say that your wrong, just that I fell like it should have gone more closely to the novel. And thanks for being nice about this, other people here do act like ass'es when they hate some thing. So thanks and hope we can disagree once again or even agree about some thing. |

| Yea I get what you mean.. I got like super pissed at the 4th and 5th Harry Potter movies when they came out 'cause they had cut off so much.. And btw, they do show that he's gone crazy.. Maybe not as much as in The Omega Man, I dunno, but htey really do show it especially with those dolls in the video store and knowing the exact lines in Shrek (haha) and how he reacted to the other survivors. | Yeah will smith did do a good job and the movie was not that bad I was just thinking that it might have been more like the book, still it was not that bad, it showed us all that will smith does not need anyone to bring in numbers. Will did do a great job when he was by himself. And the thing with the dolls was good, I think I would do the same. HAhaHa. |

| Actually they weren't zombies. Zombies are simply re-animated corpses. However in I Am Legend they are able to be cured. |

| Yeah, they look like zombies, but the creatures stay together as a group. Zombies don't. But the fact that they can be cured is just to much a hollywood ending. And ending where every thing is gonna be alright, that the world will be restored once again. I am not a big fan of those ending. But still don't mind watching if its a good ending |

| I have to say Zombies are alot more real (except from coming back from the grave) vampires are not as real is there was some kind of virus then i really doubt that it would make humans die by UV light. |

| I still like the Vincent Price 'Last Man on Earth' version the best. This one was fun but so... 70s! lol The new film had it's good points, Will Smith did do a good job, the deserted/overgrown city was cool, but the super strong/fast cg infected were way over the top,not crazy about the cg lions either, that film could and should have been a good deal better- it's still enjoyable though. |

| This was the ABC Friday Night Movie (edited of course) and I was 6 in 1973 when it came on. My parents were asleep and I made it about 30 minutes into it before I was too scared to continue - seriously. To this day, one of the better horror flicks from that period (pre-Exorcist). Fans of this should also seek out "Kolchak: The Night Stalker". |

| No, first was a novel by Richard Matheson written in 1954...called I Am Legend. Next came...The l Last Man On Earth movie starring Vincent Price, filmed in 1964. Then in 1971 Charlton Heston starred in the Omega Man. Last but not least was...I am Legend, starring Will Smith. Richard Matheson claims that the Omega Man film is nothing like his novel, other than the fact the subhumans hate sunlight. |
