| Francia tenia un muy mal ejercito antes y durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Hoy dia tienen uno de los mejores ejercitos del mundo junto al britanico, aleman y americano. La Legion Extranjera es un arma letal en cualquier circunstancia y es mejor no meterse con ella. | No, I'm sorry you created 13 colonies but the USA were created in 1777 with their Declaration of Independence which led to the war, where our help was essential to win it (a bit like the essential american action in Liberation of France in WW2). Anyway, that's an evidence the USA was closer with the UK during the XIXth century with the British settlers predominance. |

| you are incorrect my friend. if it hadnt have been for the US intervention hitler would have successfully taken over europe (excluding russia). Britain was crippled after the battle of britain and relied on aid and munitions from the US. The French surrendered there 100,000 man army before even firing a shot. |

| Nope sorry guy. Battle of France lasted 6 weeks and French lost 100,000 men. You can't say "even firing a shot". It's false and hurting. Moreover we could count the Resistance and Free French Forces (10% of Allied Forces in 1944) which fought until the German Surrender. Anyway I agree: without the USA, Europe wouldn't have been free today. Thanks for Normandy. But don't imagine we would have surrendered by idleness of fighting. |

| There were more nations tride to rescue Frence of hittler hand not only USA but also England and iven the canadians help, and the french resistens. daaaaa men EEUU didnt fight the war alone dont be such a full. I accept the did a lot realy a lot to help but the couldn't fight such a war with out help. |
