| The Somalians are a very agressive people. They can't live with each other in peace let alone with other people. The Somalians fight the Oromos at Meiso (Ethiopia) and with the Amharas at Showa Robit (Ethiopia) all bordering the Ogaden. If there are no schools and health centers in Ogaden it's because of their own ppl problem which is difficult for a westerner to understand. One clan/tribe thinks he is above another and so only supports his own ppl.The money sent by the Eth Govt is not used well |

| They move from place to place looking for a grazing land or water for their cattle and so spark tensions with people bordering Ogaden. Due to the clan/tribe issue many don't benefit from developmental works that the govt tries to do. Money from the Govt is used inappropriately to fatten the wallets of those in power and his own tribe/clan. This problem, the ONLF uses to it's own advantage and exploits the dissatisfied people of the region. |

| The only solution I believe is to divide the Ogaden along clan/tribe lines and then appoint same people over them and so they take reponsibility for their own problems. Then the money sent to improve the lives of the Somalians in Ogaden can be used effectively but if not they have noone to blame but their own people.Another thing is AlJazeera only fans the flame with skewed reports like this without reporting what circumstances lead these people to war. |
