| learn to shift your weight. It's the same way you would push someone over with your hand (palming the chest). The way I learned was with a shoulder length leg stance. Then position your hand one inch (open palmed with finger tips touching the persons chest). As you make a fist, thrust your shoulder with a slight turn of your hips and connect with a solid but not a follow through motion. It was crazy once I got it down. Although I must admit, it had to be done to me first to feel how it hurts. |
