| I'm from Britain and have visited America once before, i met a lot of very friendly people who i will remember forever. I certainly don't think Americans are fat and stupid i know many people who moved to America to live, and fyi do you have any idea the amount of minorities who live in Biritan. | I saw the cultural diversity in London while I was there but just because they live there doesn't mean they're tolerated/respected or achieve in larger British society. In US, we have minority senators, mayors, congressmen, CEOs, managers, Secretary of State (twice!) who achieve in mainstream society. In England, where are the minority MPs, CEOs? The House of Lords and House of Commons looks pretty white to me! Wait, maybe you Brits hire black maids to vacuum the carpets in Parliament! |

| The first black-brit mayor was elected in 1913and there have been 'minority' reps in the HOC and HOL too, (for many, many years now) but yes we still have a very long way to go regarding senior level politicians. |
