| Disappearing Lake in Marcellus, New York is a natural wonder. In any given year the valley may be full of water, or completely dry as shown here. Dye tests have been done, but it has never been determined exactly where the water goes when it disappears. |

| there are 3 drain holes located at the bottom of the lake. there have been many dives that have attepted to find the whereabouts of the water when it disappears but no one has ever figured it out. my grandma lives next to the lake. i used to go there every day when i was really little. |
