| we not sucking up, the world depends on one another even the powerful US needs friends and allies. Somaliland is saying we have things in common with the US, whats wrong sharing those ideas and finding a concrete ground to work on? The US is the super power whether you like it or not, u cant ignore them. |

| its too bad the US is not commited to democracy in the US-John Kerry won the popular vote (most american voters voted for him), but the electoral college put Bush in office anyways. the people here have no fucking say in anything the government does. im sad to say that on an international level, im pretty fucking ashamed of being part of this country. the only solution is a revolution and overthrow of the government, the people need to unite and rise up. |

| if you recognize a tribal enclave, then you must equally extend recognition to thousands of other small countries within the african continent. who is going to spoon fed a whole generation of new countries????????????????????????? the world is already dealing with border disputes created by the british before they were chased out of africa, and imagine opening up a tomb of other new nations all loosely held together at the edge of collapse. |

| really, there is nly two countries, who want recognistion and doesn't have it. Somaliland and Transnistria in Moldova. Abkhazia, South-Osseti aand Kosovo got recognized thi syear. Why can't we do the same with this small, nice country, that deffinately deseves it more then some other country. |
