| S400 radar is the most powerful in the world as its a combined unit. It can see an f22 and blow it out the sky before an f22 knows its there. Planes are limited to the amount of radar thy can carry. Is this what you want to believe? Can you prove what you say? |

| dondawg00, Why dont you look it up. The S-400 is intended to intercept and destroy airborne targets at a distance of up to 400 km, 250 miles. F22's radar has a maximun range of just 150 miles. I just write what i have read. Where as you havent read anything and ask for proof. Why even bother commenting if your not interested spastic boy? |

| RADAR HORIZON Because Radar waves travel in a straight line and the Earth is curved, the lower you fly, the closer you can get to a emitting radar without being seen. This is true no matter the power or frequency of the emitter. Depending on the height of the radar antenna, a plane flying at 100 ft AGL my get within 40 nautical miles or so of the Radar before being detected. As this is within the HARM's range, you can see the problem. The only real counter to this is to have a good Air Force. |
