| 3.99 million in ethiopia, 2.4 million in eritrea are tigrnya speakers. I don't know about tigrayans but there are more than 1.2 million tigrinya(eritrean) speakers outside of eritrea. I would estimate that there are close to 8 million tigrnya speakers world wide. If only they stop beefing with each other, it's unnecessary. peace |
