| So true about no light exposure. I discovered this on my own a few years ago after suffering through 7 hour sleep every night. I got eyeshades AND earplugs and it works great for me. |

| Extreme indeed but that would only be at the end of December beginning of January and there is flexibility there. Please remember thought that daylight saving time distorts thte time. The reality is that 3 PM in the winter is actually 4 PM in the summer. If you also go to bed one hour later than it is actually 9 to 4 AM which is far less of a challenge for most. |

| i dedicate a full hour of good cardio (running, swimming, biking, ect.) from about 7 - 9 pm everyday. by the time 10-11 rolls around i am out like a light. If you are a lazy couch potato, at least take a walk or something, or try and get some nookie, by the time bedtime rolls around you will be tired. |

| Man, I wish I could get some good sleep. More often than not, my sleep is constantly interrupted throughout the night. I may go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 6 a.m., but what ends up happening is that I wake up more or less every two hours or so. It's terrible and I'm perpetually tired. Blaaah. |
