This man seems to be very enlightened. I'm English so I don't know who he is but Americans need to start taking leaves out of his book!!! So many Americans seem backward. I suspect it's due to 2 things. First, the poor education system and second, the fact that America is just as religious as Iraq (that's a fact). Religion slows progress as it has man believe a space god made us 6000 yrs ago. In order to believe something crazy like this it takes religion. McCain/Palin voters...WAKE UP!

ihateliberals08, I think, by reading your post, that you haven't had the time to actually read about evolution. Humans didn't "poof can from nothing". Nobody says that. Evolution explains it well. You say that evolution is not proven? The amount of evidence supporting evolution is overwhelming, thus, evolution is not a theory anymore, but a scientific fact just as the fact that humans don't exist since the beginning of our universe but quite late in the history of life on Earth.

Now, even if the only hypothesis we had was that humans "just poof can from nothing", why would "god" or anything alike be a better hypothesis? Where did "god" come from? Just poof can from nothing? Always existed? How can that be? The "god" hypothesis doesn't answer any questions, but actually poses a greater one. "If god explains where we come from, where did she/he/it/_ come from?" There is absolutely no evidence to support that hypothesis. There's plenty for evolution.

ihateliberals08, I don't believe that swearing infront of children isn't that big of a deal to what you make it out to be...But I do believe us as adults should watch what we say, But were all not perfect. But I do back you 100% on God being our savior. All it takes to get in touch with God is to believe & have faith...He'll show you signs that he exist. The Bible is our owners manual to life & It's sad how some people will be lost there whole life just because they didn't read it.

I believe it because Ive studied the evidence and havent found any of those plenty of factual, statistics that counter the theory of evolution. Could you point me to some of that evidence? Im not dogmatic, so if there is evidence countering evolution, I dont have a problem in recognizing it. On a personal note, have you ever read anything serious about evolution? Like an academic paper or a book?

Are they all right, and all have proof because of their faith? What if I have faith in evolution? Am I right too? Isnt it problematic to rely on faith to find truth then? Hardly. Veganism only works a way to lose weight if you either 1. Eat pretty much nothing but tofu. or 2. Had an incredibly bad diet before. Being vegan you don't get the same levels of the proteins found in white meats that lower appetite, thereby feel more hungry. Its also so much more difficult to get the right balance of muscle to maintain a weight because protein is harder to get. However, thats because people get it wrong, being vegan is actually really easy :)
